CLASS DESCRIPTION
Tots (Girls Only 4-6 years)​

This introductory class, offers a progressive approach to skill development. Designed for girls ages 4 through 6 new to the sport. Coaches work with gymnasts on their overall development with a focus on co-ordination, flexibility, strength, balance, musicality and basic technique. Children experiment and work with different gymnastics apparatus such as ball, ribbon, hoop and rope. This program offers a great all-around physical education compliment to any young girl’s physique and development.
Foundation/ Development/ Advanced (Girls Only 7+ years)
Offers a non-competitive, progressive approach to skills development. Designed for girls ages 7 and over at foundation, intermediate & advanced ability levels. Coaches work with gymnasts on skill development with a focus on co-ordination, flexibility, strength, balance, musicality and basic techniques which allow gymnasts to accomplish more complex work with different gymnastics apparatus such as ball, ribbon, hoop, rope and clubs. This program offers a great all-around physical education compliment to any young girl’s physique and development.
Team Orientation​

This is our early-age, talent-identifying program for girls. Girls who are invited to join this group will have both the interest and the ability to continue on to our the next level of the Competitive Program.
Squad
​
This program is based on FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics rules and regulations. At this stage of training, a certain dedication is required. Training includes refinement of skills, perfecting apparatus handling and learning choreographed routines for competitions. Girls at this level will have the opportunity to compete nationally, regionally and internationally.
