A few things to keep in mind...

  • No walk-ins can be accommodated at this time. Please make sure to book your session to avoid disappointment.

  • The waiting area inside the hall is closed. Drop/off and pick up only. An alternative waiting area is available in the main rotunda of the AFOC premises.

  • Drop off at the front door next to the reception. Pick up from the back door (back of waiting area).

  • Visitors are requested to maintain physical distancing at all times and avoid standing by entrance/exit.

  • The water cooler is unavailable. Please bring your own water bottle.

  • Shared magnesium stands will be unavailable for use.

  • Refrain from coming to the gym if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or experiencing any flu/cold like symptoms.

  • Parents need to be on-time to pick up their child(ren). Many children get anxious when class is over, and a parent is not there to pick them up. A waiting area is available on the premises, if you choose to leave the premises for the duration of your child's class, please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the end of the class for pick-up. If you will be late for pick up, please give us a call and a member of our team will assist your child to the front desk where they can wait at the reception.

  • For 7+ classes, please communicate your pick up plan to your child in advance, as we understand that many parents prefer to pick up children in this age group from different locations on the premises. If your child does not find you as planned, they must return to the front desk where they can wait with a member of our team.
