Gymnastics online? Who would have thought! The program was first established in March 2020. Over the course of time, it has proven to be an effective method of teaching gymnastics and feedback from both parents and students has been overwhelmingly positive.
Designed to keep gymnasts fit & strong both physically and mentally - the program aims to help students build their physical strength, stamina and flexibility while catching up with their coaches and gym friends from the comfort and privacy of their homes.
The program ensures that gymnasts are able to continue maintaining and building their gymnastics skills even while at home, making the transition back to the gym a smooth one once the circumstances allow. A variety of classes are available for different age groups as well as skill levels, offering options for both seasoned gymnasts as well as those looking to start their gymnastics journey from scratch.
All gymnastics sessions are small group, feedback based classes focused on proper gymnastics skill development, conditioning and flexibility. The program also includes supplementary Zumba and Stretch classes for added weekly cardio and flexibility workouts. Zumba and Stretch classes are larger capacity sessions due to their nature.
The first Term for the 2020-2021 academic year is divided into 3 registration periods for the online program.
