TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Term fees must be paid in full prior to or on the first day of each term. Fees are non-refundable/ non-transferable.

  • Cash is the only accepted mode of payment.

  • Class packages are valid until the last day of the term only, any classes that remain unconsumed by then are considered expired and cannot be transferred to another period.

  • A parent/guardian must complete a registration form and sign a waiver before a gymnast can be admitted to a class.

  • Only one make-up class is permitted per term. This will depend on availability & MUST be scheduled in advance with club management.

  • We offer rolling registration throughout the term. Term fees are pro-rated based on registration date for those students enrolling mid-term.
